My goal is to deliver web solutions that work beautifully and effectively. However, I understand that plans can change — so my refund policy is clear and transparent.


1. Deposit
Once the project is confirmed, a 50% upfront payment is required to reserve the work slot and cover preparation time.


2. Project cancellation

  • If the work has not started, a partial refund is possible (minus time spent on preparation).
  • If design or development has begun, the payment is non-refundable since part of the service is already delivered.

3. Completed projects
After the final delivery and website handover, refunds are not available.
Minor post-launch adjustments can be discussed separately.


4. Custom agreements
Large or complex projects may have custom payment and refund terms — discussed and agreed upon in advance.
